Raised by two immigrant entrepreneurs in South Texas, Nevin Kamath has been passionate about organizational health since he discovered Peter Drucker's writings in high school. Today, Nevin helps client organizations improve strategies and cultures by asking questions, involving clients, and delivering solutions. Nevin is currently a part-time student in Fielding Graduate University's Master of Arts in Organization Development and Leadership. Nevin is a graduate of Harvard Law School and an alumnus of McKinsey & Company.

Sruti Ramachandran is an undergraduate studying Communication and Leadership as well as Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin. She has a passion for Diversity and Inclusion and organizational ethics, and has worked on building inclusionary practices in her community. Sruti has served as an editor at the Daily Texan and hopes to go to law school in the future.

Aarushi Gupta is an undergraduate student in the Canfield Business Honors Program (CBHP) at the University of Texas at Austin and is studying Finance. She enjoys using her skills to help others and is currently volunteering to help an Austin non-profit organization raise funds devoted to improving children's education. In addition, she serves as a Committee Member on both the Honors Business Association and CBHP Ethics Board. After graduation, Aarushi intends to pursue a career in consulting.
