Finding a training provider who can deliver learning results in person and online can be a challenge.

Getting to know your trainer/instructor is one of the first steps. I started facilitating in 2008 as a teaching assistant with the Harvard Program on Negotiation. I then taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and trained audiences in mini-MBA programs around the country.

Today I enjoy training diverse audiences on bespoke and off-the-shelf leadership development content both online and "on-ground." I am well-versed in online tools like WebEx Training, WebEx Meetings, Zoom, Miro/MURAL, and Mentimeter to make training experiences move like a breeze.

I train on the following topics, and more:

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Communication Strategies

  • Coaching and Mentoring

  • Creative Problem Solving

  • Critical Thinking

  • Delivering Constructive Criticism

  • Developing Creativity

  • Developing New Managers
